Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in Asia.
Customers are responsible for:
• All return shipping costs
• Choosing a carrier that handles customs clearance
• Paying any duties, taxes, or handling fees
• Providing correct customs documentation
Varsovia Living is not responsible for return shipments delayed, rejected, or lost due to customs issues or incorrect shipping methods.
Returns can only be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team after approval.
Returns sent to a different address will not be processed.
If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, so we can assess the issue and resolve it. We will cover the cost if the product was damaged during shipping.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Products
We do not accept returns of custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific product.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Any return shipping costs will not be refunded.
