Important Shipping Information
• Shipping Costs: Free express shipping within Poland and the United Kingdom
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days for quality control
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days after processing

Shipping Details
We currently ship only within Poland and the United Kingdom. Every order is shipped via express delivery, ensuring a fast, secure, and fully insured delivery experience. From the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door, delivery usually takes between 8 to 13 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.
To report a problem, email Info@varsovialiving.com, including:
• Order number
• Details of the issue
• Photos of the damage or incorrect product
We will promptly find a suitable solution for you.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

Once processing of the order has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
After delivery, a return request can be made in accordance with this policy.

Delayed Orders
During periods of high demand (e.g., during the holiday season), delivery may be delayed. If your order does not arrive within an additional three business days beyond the estimated time, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order Fulfillment and Cut-off Time
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (+1 GMT) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided during the order process:

• We can arrange for reshipment after the package returns to our warehouse and the correct address is confirmed, or
• Offer store credit as a goodwill gesture, depending on the condition of the returned products

If the returned products are not in their original condition, a depreciation may be applied.
